Catholic Orthodox dialogue in Egypt

The 13th round of the ecumenical theological dialogue between the Catholic and Orthodox Churches has set off at Mar-Marcos Centre in Nasr City, Cairo, and runs for a week. The Catholic Church is represented by Cardinal Kurt Koch, a Swiss cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church currently serving as president of the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity since his appointment was announced in 2010. The Orthodox Church is represented by a delegation by Anba Bishoi, Bishop of Damietta and Kafr al-Sheikh.
