The Coptic Orthodox church of St Mary and St Abra’am in Brighton in the UK has received a visit from a group of educators in order to familiarise themselves with the Coptic Church. They asked permission that the church would host school trips for students and teachers to learn about Copts, their history and church, and the Coptic community in Brighton.

The church was handed the first copy of a book on faith and belief in educational books, authored by Fr Youhanna Habib, Eman Mories, and Silvana Andrawos. The book will be in Brighton schools in September 2017.
