The Korean Culture Centre (KCC) in Dokki, Cairo, has held a welcome part for new students who will be studying Korean language in the upcoming autumn course that runs till 13 December.
Out of a total 730 candidates who applied for the course, 125 students have been accepted to study Korean at the King Sejong Institute in Egypt.
During the welcome party, the course programme was explained and getting the students and teachers were introduced to one another. A number of graduates spoke of their experience in learning the Korean language.
Since it was opened in 2014, the KCC has been keen to affording free-of-charge courses for learning Korean, with the aim of enhancing understanding and cultural exchange between South Korea and Egypt.
