Fashion show by Badr University students

Students studying Apparel and Fashion at Badr University’s Faculty of Applied Arts proudly displayed their designs in a fashion show at the university’s Roman Theatre in Cairo. The fashion show graced the ‘La Mode Fashion Festival’ in its 3rd session held in partnership with Charming Company, under the patronage of Professor Mustafa Kamal, President of Badr University in Cairo. The festival included a symposium on the fashion industry which featured a number of distinguished professors, businessmen, fashion designers, and famous stylists lectured.

The event concluded with Charming Co. honouring outstanding students with the Shield of the Festival, under supervision of Zainab Abdel-Hafeez, acting director of the Fashion Department.

The festival aims at promoting the fashion industry in Egypt and supporting students by introducing them to domestic and international job opportunities, also partnering with leading Egyptian fashion designers.
