Watani’s Nevine Kameel honoured by Alexandria’s Russian Cultural Centre

The Russian Cultural Centre in Alexandria has honoured Watani’s correspondent in Alexandria, Nevine Kameel, for “her outstanding work in covering and following up on the various activities of the Centre. This is the second time Ms Kameel is honoured by the Centre.

Pavel Kidisiuk, Consul of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Alexandria and Director of the Russian House in Alexandria, who took office only a month ago, described Ms Kameel’s effort as a contribution towards strengthening Egyptian Russian relations. He said he was delighted with his appointment to Alexandria which he saw as a cosmopolitan city with a heritage that goes back centuries in history.

Mr Kidisiuk said that the Russian Cultural Centre’s activities during the upcoming year would be varied and vivid. He thanked Watani for its keenness to cover the Centre’s events.
